Firing your work

I try my best to have all work fired and finished within 2-4 weeks of your lesson. However it occasionally does take longer so your patience is appreciated.

It is unlikely, but occasionally a piece of work may be lost due to glaze running, cracking or explosions in the kiln. I do my best to minimise this risk but this is the nature of ceramics and sometimes it does happen.

Materials

All clay, glazes and firing costs are included in the price of your lesson. Private lessons include one fired pot per person.

Cancellations

Lesson bookings and vouchers are non-refundable.

Cancellation with at least 7 days notice – I will try to rebook your slot. If I am able to rebook it I will issue you with a credit note minus a $20 administration fee.

Cancellation with less than 7 days notice – I am afraid I am unable to offer a credit.
